Parcel stuck at KLIA Hub

My item ERB787441728MY was said in tracking already dispatch out from there since 28.4.2020.If it said so,can you update where?? Its already 1 week.Yesterday i went to counter 1 at hub pos klia but the staff doesn't even care and tried to search the reason. She doesn't even look at me abd asked me to wait at home! . I'm begging you please look into and solve this matter immediately as the items are urgently needed. This parcel comes from johor bharu not overseas.
