Sending package box

I sent my package box last September 20,2017 in the Philippines I paid 166.80RM for 11.230kg by air they said they will receive the package by 2 weeks. But until now as of October 6,2017 my family haven't receive my box. Is there any problem? Hope I will get reply with my message.
