False status

The pos laju never came to deliver the parcel, but place the status order not delivered as customer not at home. This is totally unethical.

Never deliver

They place the status delivery attempt fail as no customer at home but in reality they never came for any delivery or contact the customer or place the parcel in the mailbox.
