Barang sangkut kat poslaju processing mail.. Dari 9.4.2019.. Brg sama yg di pos dah sampai.. Yg 1 ni masih sangkut.. Bila brg tu nak dihantar.. Tak pernah brg lama sangkut.. Kalau dihantar terus ke poslaju kuching utara

Parcel reached Pos laju Kuching on 9 Oct 2018, and please see the attached screen capture, the parcel is being transfer to Kuching processing centre at pending and pos laju Kuching at Jalan song for 3 times already instead of deliver to receiver. Please explain what is going on?
I make decision to go pos laju to take myself instead of waiting, and they told me they don't know why, and the item not is not with them !
Hope the head office can explain take necessary action on this. Thank you
