Tracking tak update

Barang dihantar seller 25 Mei dr Seremban. Sampai di Sarikei 26 Mei. Ambil masa sehari je walaupun seberang laut. Tapi sampai hari ini 30 Mei (dah 5 hari) check tracking masih sangkut di Sarikei. Sarikei ke Saratok tak smpai sejam ok. Tak pasti adakah mereka peram brg pengguna atau tak update tracking. Servis teruk sgt dh selalu kena mcm ni. Ada sekali tu smpai 10 hari dia peram brg di ofis lgsg tiada inisiatif nak call penerima at least suruh ambik sndiri brg. Last2 kita tebal muka tanya. Rupanya brg memang dh lama smpai. Geram!!!
