I AM REQUESTING THAT MY PACKAGE IS TO BE HELD AT POS OFFICE KEPONG AS I WILL COLLECT IT TOMORROW AT 8AM WHEN THE OFFICE OPENS!!!

Here are my concerns in detail:


I am the recipient of a parcel and will be referencing my shipment related to the following IDs:

Parcel tracking ID: Xxxxxxxxxx ( confidential)
Expect arrival was : 11 JULY 18

Created COMPLAINT TICKET: 12 JULY 18 930AM - WAS IGUARANTEED THAT IT WAS EXPEDITED AND WILL RECIEVE BY TODAY 12 JULY 18.

Its now 1030PM NO DELIVERY!! - was issued a notice of unable to DELIVER and will attempt tomorrow 13 JULY 18.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AS I AM LEAVING TOMORROW MORNING 13 JULY 18 to go on HOLIDAY.

I AM REQUESTING THAT MY PACKAGE IS TO BE HELD AT POS OFFICE KEPONG AS I WILL COLLECT IT TOMORROW AT 8AM WHEN THE OFFICE OPENS!!!

I WILL BE THERE WHEN OFFICE OPENS AND EXPECT MY PACKAGE TO BE READY FOR COLLECTION.
