Item delivery late

Greetings. On the 3rd November 2019 I have posted my job application form (EHA070648335MY) through Pos Laju service from Pos Tesco Port DIckson. The item dispatched out from Lukut Pos Laju on 4th November 2019.
However, the item arrived Pos Laju Alor Gajah only on 11th November 2019.
How can be the delivery take such long time which is more than 1 week. If it takes such long time to deliver, why should I use Pos Laju Service?
The worst part is my job application due date was on the 7th November 2019.
Kindly reply my question or else I need to take legal action.
