Items stuck at ECPC SUBANG JAYA

The parcel has arrived at Kota Bharu (it’s my address to receive ) and how come item has been send to ECPC Subang Jaya again .
Why it’s took too long to dispatch out the item?I been waiting for nearly 1 month ! Called the branch but no one answer. Please check and update ASAP,thank you for your responsibility .
