As usual, paid RM10 to get a courier delivered to me. I was in the washroom because as usual they only operate at working hours, I missed the call - within a minute there were three miscalled @ 1 PM ++ ( A MINUTE) - it should be within intervals like 15 mins or maybe an hour or two.

Not knowing who, I SMS @ 2 PM asking who is this - I have a missed calls - no reply. The evening closed to 8 PM - I had a WhatsApp message with a blurry image of my courier - asking me to collect at the office. I immediately called, the delivery guy answered and I asked him why no more call? I can be in the washroom, away from the phone n it takes a few minutes for someone in the washroom and that's it - such lazy attempts and I have to collect especially in a pandemic like this? I asked him why the parcel was not kept in the mailbox or on the table (due to pandemic - parcels are kept on the table at lobby - we get calls/messages informing it is kept in the lobby) - he said he is new! I asked him to send me a clearer tracking ID because the image is a blur - having issues with number 3 or 8 - not sure - not done - he shared via WhatsApp a number for me to call - going to fax within 5 rings.

I've also had an experience with them where no calls were attempted and asked to collect at the center. If I am not wrong, they should be dropping a card in my mailbox - advising me on the delivery attempt because it will legitly show indeed the courier boy was at my place or they usually don't even go to the delivery addresses and fake attempt calls and trouble us the customer.

Friday 10th September whole day and today 13th Sept since morning, I've been calling the center - no one is picking up. POSLAJU is Malaysia's brand but the service provided is horrible, I doubt anyone looks into the reviews on their pages for the sake of improving.

I want this to be looked into with the highest importance because it is too much of trouble and emotionally draining to deal with this courier service.
