Penghantaran Lambat
Salam sejahtera POS Malaysia (Bandar Dato Onn)
Sebagaimana aduan dari pihak lain, saya turut tidak berpuas hati dengan servis penghantaran dari POS. Saya faham sekiranya terdapat lambakan barang penghantaran di gudang POS, tapi saya amat berharap agar perkhidmatan di pertingkatkan. Perkhidmatan ini berbayar sama seperti penghantaran swasta. Tempoh (20/8/2021 sehingga kini) 5 hari sangat lama untuk barang disimpan di gudang dan tiada sebarang notis pemberitahuan dilakukan.
Sila ambil maklum tentang aduan kami dan menyelesaikan isu ini dengan kadar segera. Terima kasih
