What can be a reason to look at the callendar in Malasya?

As a private joke, I am just noting that the voters of Malaysia did not find the better image (face) than Mr. Anwar Ibrahim
in the post of the Prime Minister.
There were no other choices. Only Mr. Anwar Ibrahim. I can not say I am happy with the governing possibiities of Mr. Anwar Ibrahim because he is the new politicial in Malaysia.
I know only that he had served for the government in the most unplesant service. And he had served in full.
Malaysian people can consider that the conscious Mr. Anwar Ibrahim is clean and innosent after a month+ of his power.
Malaysian governmnet does not have a habit to visit the web sites and to censure the correspondence of others.
It is a good sign of the democarcy in the Kingdom.

In order to deliver the post inside Malaysia, the Malaysian governmnet needs to assign the administative areas and codes in the law, and to set up the tenders between operators of the Malaysian post for the delivery of the parcels to malaysian nationals, for manufacturers and for the tourists. Than Malasyan government needs to report the data of the opeartors to the Universal postal Union for the aproval of the interntinal service. The indefinite postal issue is a part of the failts of the previous government of Malaysia .

The level of live of Malaysia is higher than in few NATO countries, higher than Pakistan and Malaysians can keep words longer than people of Pakistan. Though the level of the development of civil aviation is lower than in Thailand and far lower than in Turkey and in Qatar. Pakistan did not ever think aboout the civil aviation so strong as on their military (governmnet) aviation.

In order to deliver the data of the postal operators to Switzerland the conditions shall be observed:
- the operators need to win the tender according to the enacted procedure;
- the government shall be functinal and each minister, his deputy shall be loyal to the King and to the people.
It has to have the enacted procedural rules. If the rules of the gopvermnet business are absent the King can enact the teporary decree in the Malay and English languages till the rules are encted. TV can air the debates for the Malsyan people.
- The king shall establish the dates / time, when the prime minister shall deliver the reports on the status of the goverment. The similar relations shall be between the parliament, the governmnet and the local governmnets;
- The Malay people shall have the opportunity to know about the Malaysian currency more than from the banknotes and to have the procedures of the finding of the lost billions outside Malasya within next 3-4 months.

The Postman did not deliver letter according to the correct mailbox no.
Our company mailbox no. is L3.01 & L3.02, but we always received letter from our neighbourhood like L3.04, L3.05, L3.06 & L3.07, and even next building mailbox no. like D-LG2-01 & D-LG2-03.
Even though we had put on the notice for attention Postman on the wrong delivery but yet see any improvement for after 3 months.
Each time, we need to spend time to separate the letter to correct mailbox, so that the owner of letter won't miss their letter.

We hope the Postman deliver all the letters according to the correct mail box no.
