Rude and showed deceptive tendency.

I paid rm7 for my bill which is rm6.60. He didn't return the change and argued that he did, asked me to check and kept insisting. Of course I told him he didn't, which he reluctantly give back rm0.40 and said it's only rm0.40, and he wouldn't mind giving rm0.40 (with sarcasm). (Which his lady colleague agreed without details).

Just so you know, don't be afraid of people like that, who might actually like it when you do that. in fact, if you happen to go there for payment, try recording the conversation and see how it goes, if you'd like test the theory out.
