This has been few times that i was not phoned before deliver attempts.. i was at home and there was no one called me regarding my item delivery and end up when i track using the app it stated that delivery attempted.. they can’t expect me to wait at the front door to receive their item. Poslaju is getting worst nowadays.. many times happened to me like this.. on the other day they delivered my housemates item and key in my name in the system as though I received it. But there was no such thing happened. Very bad and worst service. They should improve their services.. tq
