HI POSLAJU

PLEASE CHECK #EHA103376955MY FOR ME. DAH LAMA KAT KLIA HUB

I sent by courier a set of wedding clothes on 06 March 2017 at 12.02pm at Sentul post office and was informed by the counter staff that it would take between 5 to 7 days for the courier to arrive at Dumai Indonesia. Called up several times and the staff at poslaju customer service informed me that it would be delivered before the wedding on 17 March 2017 and gave me the report no: 1703047565 on 14 March 2017 . This courier has not arrived until today.

Why does poslaju provide such unreliable service and work with unreliable partners. Is pos laju going to compensate me for the non delivery as indicated in the international Poslaju consignment number : EE 025582664MY dated 6 March 2017.
