Package ET007226499MY pending

I received notification (Item Number. ET007226499MY) from poslaju that nobody was home when parcel was delivered. Funny, I, my wife and my maid was at home on the date and time. The McDonald's /GDex /DHL /Myeg people can always get me. Why POslaju can't seem deliver my packages. This is the 3rd time this is happening with poslaju. I tried to call their hotline (1300300300) but nobody ever picks it up. to whom it may concern please assist me in getting my package which contains medicine from GHKL
