Dear PIC,
On 20th August 2021, I got a notification from Shopee that my items were delivered. When I checked back no parcels were sent. After a few hours, I got a brief message from an unknown number saying that the poslaju had mistakenly delivered the goods to his place. I had to go out from my house at Banda Tenggara to Taman Delima Kluang due to the pos laju that sent the goods incorrectly. It is clear that the address on the parcel is in Wak Tunot Kampung Tengah instead of Taman Delima. I want the poslaju to be responsible for this issue. Otherwise, a police report will be made on the factor of negligence and inconvenience to the customer to take the goods back.

Tracking number ER320333456MY has been posted over the counter by seller on 02072018.unfortunately until today 11072018,the status state 'item dispatched out'.What happen? When will i receive the parcel?I'm staying at Ulu Tiram Johor.
