Poor Service

Hello. Good Afternoon. I would like to state a complaint and I hope I've come to the right platform. So today I got a call from Poslaju asking me to pickup my parcels. I went to Poslaju Jalan Pending (Kuching Mail Centre) at 12:30pm and there's one staff was so rude. The way he talks impolitely and no manners. At first he was harshly asking me to write down the tracking number. Second, I forgot to bring my own pen and I was indecisive in using the pen provided there due to the Covid19 situation and he said "just use it. We are going to die eventually. There's nothing can be done" to me. Third, I was asked to come back to the centre at 2pm as the parcels will be ready at that time. So I came back and went to the counter of the parcels are ready collect. And he was just there ignoring his job while playing game on his phone. So I insist him to find my parcel but instead he screamed back at me. How rude is that? I'm the customer, I even talk and reply to him politely and he don't even have the sense of respect towards me. This is such a disappointment. Not to mention, this happened in my own region. I am ashamed to this. I hope Posjalu Malaysia and Poslaju Sarawak will take an action on their employees behaviour especially this kind of disrespectful behaviour! I never look down to people, but with this kind of attitude, that guy is nothing but the undersurface of my foot! I suggest the Employer to sent their Employees to attend Customer Service Course before recruiting them. So that they know how Customer Service works! THANK YOU!

POOR AND RUDE SERVICE
