22/09/2020 (TUESDAY) : JUST RECEIVED TODAY

MY POINT HERE IS:
WHY NOT YOU ALL (POSMEN) DELIVERY IT ON THE SPOT THE NEXT DAY? IS POSLAJU MIRI OPERATING ON CERTAIN HOUR ONLY LIKE TUESDAY-THURSDAY? I ABLE TO ACCEPT IF THAT PARCEL WAS ARRIVED AT NIGHT OR OTHER TIMES LATE THAN 07:36AM ON 17/09/2020 BUT ON THIS CASE MY PARCEL WAS ARRIVED EARLY AT THE MORNING (07:36AM).

THERE ARE NO EXCUSES WHY MY PARCEL CAN'T BE DELIVERED THE NEXT DAY. IT'S LIKE PARCEL TU DAH 1 HARI SAMPAI DI MIRI. SEDANGKAN DARI KL PARCEL CEPAT SAMPAI DI MIRI. TAPI BILA SAMPAI YOU ALL KEEP IT BEBERAPA HARI. IT'S OK YOU ALL CAN'T DELIVERY IT ON FRIDAY TAPI THE NEXT MONDAY YOU ALL STILL TAK DELIVERY LENGAH-LENGAHKAN MASA OR YOU ALL CLOSED ON MONDAY?

IS IT YOUR PROBLEM BECAUSE OF MCO? BANYAK BARANG SAMPAI? TAK CUKUP TENAGA PEKERJA? THAT'S YOUR PROBLEMS NOT CUSTOMER PROBLEMS. OR MALAS BECAUSE YOU ALL PUNYA MINDSET "NANTI-NANTILAH HANTAR BIAR DIORANG TUNGGU DIORANG BOLEH TUNGGU TU". THEN, WHY YOUR COURIER SERVICE NAMED "POSLAJU"? WHY NOT "POSLAMBAT"? SERVICE KENA SETIMPAL DENGAN NAMA COURIER PENGHANTARAN TU KENA DISEGERAKAN. POSTAGE FEE BUKAN MAIN MAHAL LAGI TAPI SERVICE VERY POOR! YEAR BY YEAR POSTAGE FEE NAIK YEAR BY YEAR JUGA SERVICE POSLAJU MAKIN DOWN! DULU MCO BOLEH JUGA BARANG-BARANG SAYA SAMPAI ON TIME HARINI SAMPAI DI MIRI THE NEXT DAY ITEM OUT FOR DELIVERY. NAK CALL PUN PAYAH SEBAB PERNAH KENA BERKALI-KALI CALL TAKDA YANG JAWAB & IT WAS DURING OFFICE HOUR. WHY??

TAK CUKUP KAKI TANGAN HANDLE MAKE SURE ADA TIME MANAGEMENT. BARANG BANYAK? THAT'S WHY DELIVERY MUST BE ON TIME DON'T KEEP IT SAMPAI BEBERAPA HARI MANA YANG SAMPAI HARINI ESOK DIRECT DELIVERY KALAU TAKNAK BARANG BERTIMBUN MENGGUNUNG. CUSTOMER HAVE RIGHTS TO COMPLAINT. IF WE NOT COMPLAINING WILL YOU IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE? ENTAH-ENTAH YOU ALL LAGI SUKA MEMPERBODOHKAN CUSTOMER YANG TAK COMPLAINT THEN TERUSKAN BUAT PARCEL KAMI STUCK BERKURUN LAMANYA SAMPAI CUSTOMER BUAT COMPLAINT BARU BERTINDAK OR SHOULD BE SCOLDED FIRST BARU BUAT KERJA?

Parcel lost

ER557629287MY PARCEL NUMBER.SINCE 11.10.2018 TRACKING NUMBER STOP UPDTAE ON SYSTEM. FOLLOWING ARE MY ACTIONS:
17.10.18, CALL POSLAJU STAFF NAME MS.HAYATI SAID WILL EMAIL ME THE FORM. BUT I DID NOT RECEIVED.AFTERNOON I CALL AGAIN WATIE SAID WILL EMAIL BUT DIDN'T RCV TOO.
18.10.18 I HAD VISITED POS LAJU MIRI. STAFF NAME, CAROLINA WAN SAID WILL CALL BUT NO CALL.
19.10.18 CALL POSLAJU STAFF NAME WATIE NOT SO FRIENDLY VOICE UP HER VOICE SAID "MADAM, I WILL CALL YOU SAYA MAU TURUN KE BAWAH AMBIK FORM AWAK DULU!"
