Unable to find my parcel

EH647494132MY is my tracking no.
Already reached Muar on Friday (26/1/2018) according to online tracking.
I requested to collect by myself, but a lady staff of PosLaju Muar said cannot.
She said she will called me if parcel can be collected on Friday.
At the end of time, she never call.
I went to PosLaju Muar on the following day to self collection.
The staff there said cannot find my parcel.
Then asked me go home and wait see will deliver to me on the next day or not?
What the hell is this????
We are paying for fast delivery. Then slow and inefficient services was provided~!!!
