BARANG BELUM DIHANTAR SUDAH LEBIH DARI 10 HARI!!!

Barang saya masih stuck disana ye. Seller dh ship out pada 14/11/2020 dan sehingga sekrang 20/11/2020 barang masih belum bergerakk! Tlg ambek tindakan yg sepatutnya okey sbb itu kepunyaan org lain yg telah dibayar dgn wang ringgit! Mohon take action ASAP!!
