Hi, I have sent my parcel from Jitra,kedah since 15 May 2018. When track online d parcel dispatched out from klia hun on 17 May 2018. Then until now the tracking stopped until there. When I went ask at poslaju office, they helped me to track and said the parcel at poslaju pasir gudang. until now The parcel never received Kota tinggi. Then, why we must do poslaju parcel. RM 10.70 sumore. What happened to my parcel? You know people are waiting Day and night for the parcel and you guys simply don’t care it and even avoid when people called.For what people working at poslaju Center then. I need answer for this as son as possible, otherwise I can report about this issue as well.
