cek tracking delivery out tunggu2 barang takde smpai ..bila cek system tetiba tlis failed delivery jadahnya ..takda org snpai uma pon anta brg tu ..xkan cust nak kena pgi menapak pos laju tu nak amik brg sndri ..kami cust baya pos kot..kalau nak surh cust menapak amik brg sndri dkt poslaju baik xyah baya duit pos..berkali2 call poslju PORT KLANG tak pernah berangkat langsung .ssh sgat k nak jawab call ..busy sgat ke .. kalau busy sngat xdla brg2 cust stuck dkt pjbat pos tu !!!!

I did not receive my parcel at all and it's has been more then 1 week...they already return back to that post man because of some reason but he didn't update in system that we got return... when we ask again the seller said the product stuck in PELABUHAN KLANG post office.

Hi, I've been dealing with this issue for the FOURTH TIME ALREADY. I can still keep patience for 1 time, 2 times, but 4th time? You gotta be kidding me. I shop online a lot and this postage issue is definitely pissed me off.

I did not receive my parcel at all and need to ask for my brother to self pickup the parcel at PosLaju Port Klang by motorcycle since I'm working. SUCH A TROUBLESOME! If it's only a small parcel then my brother can still pick it up, but how about the big one?

The status just keep stating 'Arrive at Pelabuhan Klang (Forward) Delivery Centre'. Helllo?? Please send out my parcel! Why did they stucked there? Ridiculous. What nonsense more, I did even get status stated that 'Delivery Attempted. Left a Delivery Arrangement Notice.' MY MOM IS 24/7 AT HOME AND SHE SAID THERE IS NO POSLAJU COMING AND DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY DELIVERY NOTICE TOO? OMG PLEASE, NO DELIVERY AT ALL THEN NOW A FAKE STATUS? WHAT IS IS THIS POSLAJU? EXPLAIN!
