Parcel is not moving

The parcel I should receive by now is still not moving. The tracking has stop update and the parcel is not moving for over a week now. The last tracking date is 6 Nov and today is 13 Nov yet the parcel is still not moving from it's last place. When I went to the poslaju centre, they said that my item could not be found.
