BARANG TAK SAMPAI

Saya ade dua parcel yg saya akan terima... 1parcel saya dah terima tpi kenapa 1percal lagi ni stuck begitu lama kat PUSAT MEL NATIONAL? Itu barang meniaga? Berapa lama lagi saya kena tunggu? Nak tunggu customer saya semua lari dan hilang kepercayaan kepada saya ke? Kebiasaannya barang yang dipos ke alamat saya tidak perlu melalui POS PUSAT MEL NATIONAL pun... knpe thiss parcel boleh terpisah dngn parcel saya yang lagi satu sedangkan haluannya sama 😡 saya boleh tunggu berapa lama pun untuk barang tu tapi kalau saya hilang customer saya hilang punca pendapatan di musim pkp ni siapa nak tanggung? Mohon buat kerja anda dengan pantas.. barang saya pihak anda telah perap di PUSAT MEL NATIONAL selama 6 hari? Sila ambil tindakan segera...
