Late and my shipment not receive

I send my item in 23 March and and for last update in tracking at 23 March show my my it in route to Kuwait
Until now there’s no update in Malaysia and when I check in Kuwait post there’s no information about the shipment I send many email to complaint and do it fill up all complaint decumant and there no unser and no information
NOw my customer cancel the order
