Really annoying by the bad service attitude that the customer service in post office Kulai showed.
I was there to brought stem to post my card, unfortunately I forgot to bring along my sample card. So, I just went in, have the number and wait for my turn to get the information I need.
The UNCLE at the counter refused to listen to the explaination about my need, and ask me to listen to him. Come on, he don't even knew what I request for! Well, since he is old enough, I did not said anything even he cut my words. After that, he didn't even confirm what I want and kept taking what he thought I want. I was asking about the postage differences, but since he ignored my questions and gave me a difference answer when I tried to confirm the price, I not able to find out how much stem should I brought and he kept on taking. Finally, I decided to leave it and have all the one ringgit stem to post the cards. He scolded,"Cakap nak, sekarang you kata tak nak. Saya sudah keluarkan, kata tak nak." and showed me a really disgusting face. I don't even said I want all of that and I don't even said I don't want all of that. I paid most of stem he took out, he just needed to keep 4 stems back to the folder. Also, I didn't asked him to take out at all before that. That's the result he didn't listen to my inquiry and requirement but I'm the one who received the consequences. I spent my time there but end out with those one ringgit stem and zero information I needed.
The UNCLE moved slowly, worked slowly, and do anything slowly except scolded me. I'm sure that this is not an attitude that should have in the field of services. Conceited, self-centereous and nose in air.
Hopefully anyone able to understand my complaint.
