Documents masih belum dapat,status telah berada di Pos Laju Dato Onn Johor Bahru. Saya hantar last week Monday the 8/02/2021.Sampai sekarang tak deliver. Dah banyak kali try call but no one answer .Berapa hari yang perlu saya tunggu untuk saya terima documents saya. I would like to clarify regarding my Document was supposed send from putrajaya to singapore country since 20/4/2020 and yet checking online tracking status it still written receiver not in.

May I know what is the issue now? Is there any problem that cause stuck in the immigration ?
I’ve been went to postlaju counter to seek for my item tracking yet the staff there couldn’t assist me with Any other solution to find out where is my item now.
Please this is an urgent document. I am so disappointed and How frustrated my feeling now.
