I bought the Power Pressure Cooker XL (order number 215 182 480 576) online on 2015-10-28 with the total price of $ 202.57 including warranty, accessories, etc. At the reception, the cover of the cooker did not work. I asked for an exchange or refund and received an email on 11/11/15 saying that reimbursement will be made within 7 days. No answer from Power Pressure Cooker, I called them on 2015/11/29, and have been told to keep back the faulty merchandise and they will send another one in ten days. I haven’t received any since that date and we are now almost a year later (2016-10-08) I am still ‘’waiting’’. After several long distance calls (I am from Montreal, Canada) without success I decided to give up after loosing time and money.
