Builder not refunding money
Myself Arvind Kumar Yadav I have booked 1BHK flat at Prabhav Builders & Developers, Vasai East, Mumbai on 02/08/15 withbooking amount 50,000 rs on commitment from there sales manager Ravi Solanki that by next 5-10 days APF no.from 3 National & Private Banks will be generated along with all project approvals from respective Municipal Bodies & Property Possession by March, 2016. Also further payments of 50,000 rs on 4/09/15, another payement 30,000 on 13/12/15paid another 20,000 on 18/01/16 making total 1,50000 rs as bookingamount.After 2 months of flat booking No APF no. & approval from municipal corporation taken. Moreover Municipality JCB Backhoe Loader machine had demolish some work in October as no legal document for construction had being approved. As we acknowledged that builder has not taken any legally approval we decided to cancel our & from February we asked for immediate legal approval or booking cancellation. On December we took in writing of the same on builder’s letter head. We also have told from builder confirming APF no & legal property approval to be submitted to us by 10.03.16 & if not our booking gets cancelled due to delay inconstruction site with entire refund of 1,50,000 rsbooking amount asap.
It has been more than 10 months now builder not returning our booking amount even on committed dates.
On asking for reimbursement of 1,50,000 rs booking amount last 10 month builder not ready to pay back & threatening us of non payment of money & telling us that we can do any legal action against them.
Moreover builder threatening us that we haveconnections with police commissioner & no legalactions will be taken against builder.
We request you help us get our money back & charge against such illegal builder who cheatcommon people & don’t refund there money. Further due to delay in project & cancellation refund money i am unable to buy any other house making us homeless.
Builders are- Vikas Tripathi, Pavan Tiwari, Chandrakant Patel.
Manager- Ravi Solanki, Ajay Mishra.
These people also cheated more 65 peoples.
We humbly request once again your support for justice.
