Subject-. Prabhav Builders & Developers
Builder not refunding money

Myself SURESH MISHRA.. I have booked 1BHK flat at Prabhav Builders & Developers, Vasai East, Mumbai on 15/08/15 with booking amount 50,000 rs on commitment from there sales manager Ravi Solanki that by next 5-10 days APF no.from 3 National & Private Banks will be generated along with all project approvals from respective Municipal Bodies & Property Possession by March, 2016. Also further payments of 60,000 rs on 13/09/15, making total 1,10000 rs as bookingamount.After 2 months of flat booking No APF no. & approval from municipal corporation taken. Moreover Municipality JCB Backhoe Loader machine had demolish some work in October as no legal document for construction had being approved. As we acknowledged that builder has not taken any legally approval we decided to cancel our & from February we asked for immediate legal approval or booking cancellation. On December we took in writing of the same on builder’s letter head. We also have told from builder confirming APF no & legal property approval to be submitted to us by 10.03.16 & if not our booking gets cancelled due to delay in construction site with entire refund of 1,10,000 Rs booking amount asap.

It has been more than 10 months now builder not returning our booking amount even on committed dates.

On asking for reimbursement of 1,10,000 rs booking amount last 11 month builder not ready to pay back & threatening us of non payment of money & telling us that we can do any legal action against them.

Moreover builder threatening us that we hav econnections with police commissioner & no legal actions will be taken against builder.

We request you help us get our money back & charge against such illegal builder who cheat common people & don’t refund there money. Further due to delay in project & cancellation refund money i am unable to buy any other house making us homeless.They have told me if I will not give you possession at committed time will refund ur double money which you have paid.

Builders are- Vikas Tripathi, Pavan Tiwari, Chandrakant Patel.
Manager- Ravi Solanki, Ajay Mishra.
These people also cheated more 65 peoples.
and Sir I would like to inform you that builders n manager's of Prabhav project's are planning to move from their present resident address..so we couldn't take legal action ..so please take a actions And give him notice asap......and..
