bad customer service

hello , I want to file a complaint about the prada boutique in centria mall

they have very bad customer service , I went to give the bag back and return my money they have treated me very bad
and told me the shop will not stop on your money , I payed a thousand of dollars for the bag they had no recpect what so ever
didn't explain any policies
