Hello, I have a problem with my prada bag that I bought 9 months ago from London, there's a sharp edged white tube fixed inside the ends of the bag that kept wearing the leather until it broke out the leather , as a Prada customer I'm very disappointed of what happened specially that the rest of the 4 ugly white tubes are about to complete their mission and wear the leather out at all four corners , please advise me what to do, thank you
