My husband brought me a Prada bag as a gift, since I don't like the style and the color, I went to Prada store in Short Hill to return. My husband did not remember the purchasing date correctly so I was end up going there one day over their return policy period. I was trying to explain the situation and telling the store manager that if not counting the day we brought it and the day I return, it's exact 14 days, the store manager was very rude and intimidate me by saying she's going to ask security people to escort me out! I understand that store has return policy, i did not say or do anything inappropriate, all I did was explain the special reason so I may be given a store credit, I did not do anything deserve being escort out, I'm really disappoint about the way the store manager handle the return customer and I would never want to shop in Prada anymore!
