Bought a prada backpack and have used it for a while. The outside of the bag was okay, but on the inside, the fabric was kind of wearing out and looked like it was coming off. It has been less than 6 months since I bought it. And there were no cautions for how to keep the fabric inside the bag intact. They said the outside was not waterproof so just to take care of it when it was wet. But no precautions for the inside fabric. Got in to Prada for repair and they sent it off to their lab. Got the answer that they were unable to repair it due to mishandling. And they said that as it is a very 'delicate' fabric that I should be more cautious. Am I suppose to use a backpack as an accessory and keep in pretty and not put anything inside it? I should say if it was a handbag its a completely different matter as it is leather and etc but this is a backpack not even leather and I use it because its easy to handle and flexible and less complicated than leather handbags. But this was not the answer I was expecting from them. How should I use my backpack so Prada approves and does the repair for us? And they said that I should file an official complaint then they will rethink this matter. That doesnt even make sense. Whether I file a complaint or not they should repair the bag that is faulty. I am very disappointed with this and shall never buy their brand ever again.
