Customer Service
I wanted to make a return which I purchased in store and as such is not eligible for a refund, only store credit; which I was not alerted to when purchased. Apparently returns are accepted for online purchases, however!
When I wanted to return aka exchange my product, I returned to the San Francisco store only to find that it is permanently closed. Apparently SF doesn't not appreciate this terrible customer service in general.
After waiting 35 minutes on the customer service line, I received a representative who instead of answering my question - simply put me on hold again without a word of response or asking me to hold.
Apparently I must drive an hour to San Jose to try to exchange the product.
Prada seems more like a high end thief than a high end product!!
