Services Were Misleading
I called and spoke with the Elizabeth Le Page who informed me I should just be patient. I decided that I would like to just have 1/3 my money back and I would look for marketing elsewhere. Its now been over 4 months and my emails and voicemails are unanswered. I decided to dispute my credit card and 2 weeks later I received a letter threatening to take me to court if I do not drop my claim against them!!!
Unfortunately I was duped by this company. I read a lot of negative press about them on Insurance Forums, but I thought I would try them anyway. I purchased 15 in-office appointments for $3200. I waited 3 weeks for my first appointment that turned out to be a no show. Ive done marketing before and I understand this happens. I waited 2 more weeks for 1 additional appointment which was also a no show. I started off trying to purchase marketing and it ended with them threatening me with a law suit!! Stay away from this company as far as possible. ******RIPOFF DO NOT USE******

Dear Readers,
The only way to prove the legitimacy of a claim would be for the unsatisfied client to file said claim through the Better Business Bureau or your local governing body. Given the availability of these resources to protect distressed clients such as yourself, there is no record of said dispute having been filed, anywhere (there is also no record of said credit card dispute). Although a filed credit card dispute would not be available to the public, a legitimate claim through the Better Business Bureau or your Attorney General is. To bring the lack of legitimacy of this claim further, this company offers no such said program at no such price.
Given the fact that this is a message board, there is no legitimacy or proof to this apparent incident. It is unfortunate the ease at which any given person can slander the name of a credible business, who above all, strives to put their clients first. As a company, we take full responsibility of properly addressing and mending all valid customer complaints. Our relationships with our clients are of the utmost importance.
