Left vehicle for 7 days to attend a wedding, made reservations to park at Premier Parking on Hillsborough ave. The ad stated Valet parking was available which I could care less about, when i park my car i like to keep the keys with me, well the first thing when i got there nobody was around and I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up (24 hr lot) . Then i asked where to park and they replied "we will park it " I stated I don't want valet and that I would park it, well this is a valet only lot so now I am stuck! So i buried my pistol deep in the trunk and slid the ammo in two other places in the car, when I got back to pick the car up another customer was in an argument about his car having been "cleaned out" so I am already on high alert but as I approach my car it has damage, both sides in the rear and the front bumper, when I opened the trunk my heart stopped, and I immediately called the sheriff, while waiting for the sheriff I looked inside and I too had been cleaned out, my trunk was in total disarray and my weapon was gone, all ammo gone, all personal things of any value gone, 50 more miles on the odometer and the employees were like what do you want us to do? This isn't even a business its a crime ring! so many complaints with the BBB, complaints all over the internet. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and don't park here!!
