cant get label to return

I ordered pressure cooker on line on 11-24-14 finally got it in January, When I tried to get lid to seal discovered white rubber gasket that goes around lid had crack, contacted company said send replacement but wrong piece been down hill battle since then. Waited a week to see if gasket had been shipped and it hadn't contacted customer service number that I had after receiving run around and being put on hold for supervisor several times told them I wanted a label to send cooker back was given number to put on label but still no email for label. I have contacted them every day with same story send it right to you guess I will have to pay to send back already contacted my credit card company so they can't bill me more and will have to let them get charge off card, don't know what to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
