This is the first time I have booked with Priceline, I have heard people rave about them. I booked a name your own price reservation, and then went back two days later to make sure I had the best price since they advertise "best price guarantee" and that is not the case. I entered all the same details and they told me that they could not verify my details and even if I booked the new reservation to show them the price difference they would not refund the new reservation or the difference.
