I looked up phone number for Mainstay Suites on Merchant Dr, Knoxville, TN. It was listed as Mainstaysuites. I called and made reservations for my stay Jan 22-25th. I was never told that this was Priceline and I assumed I was talking directly to the place I was staying. I was charged $347.97 on 1/17 and $12.99 on 1/17 which showed up on my bank account. When I checked out of Mainstay I was given a receipt for $279.27. I was told to call Priceline to discuss. I have yet gotten through to anyone that can help me.
