have been forced to stay at unsafe hotels with porta potties
filled with homeless people, windows shot out and broken on
first floor. I have chatted with and spoken with numerous
"customer service" agents that are of no help and mock me. I
have my 11 year old daughter with me and the last straw is the
door to the first floor is broken. You don't need a key card you
just push the door a little and wa-la anyone from the street can
come into this hotel. The pool that was supposed to be here is
disgusting and where the glass broke on top, is covered with a
piece of wood???? The breakfast they offer is a grab and go
filled with expired goodies. I can't get anyone from customer
service to take me seriously and I've spent thousands on hotels
throwah them over the month of Mav,
