This time he is using the name Brian Nixon and the business is Private Business Capital in Las Vegas.He is offering the same financial services he has used before in his other ripoff schemes. He is offering to get funding for you or your business using a trust,but after taking your deposit from 5k to 20k,nothing is ever delivered.He has committed many crimes of this nature in several states,but this will be his last go round,as he has ripped off the wrong people this time..

Brian Nixon of Private Business Capital, Inc. is running a Loan operation, where they charge you Money upfront to Purchase an Unicorporated Business Owned Trust, that based upon his network of investors will be able to get you funding. However, he will lead you along (several months), and then will tell you that he has found information that will now not allow him to fund. The information was unfounded and he has made no remedy to correct the out of pocket monies that I have laid out. I would ask that anyone who has done business or is in the process of doing Business with Private Business Capital, Inc to be aware. If you have done business with this individual, either now or in the past to please contact the loacal authorities as I have done and file your complaints now.
