Good Morning

On Monday June 5, 2017 I arrive home to find that on the previous day,my next door neighbor install a gate approximately fourteen feet high in between our houses with spikes extending forward approximately thirteen inches long. In this process they drilled hole in the foundation wall of my house to attach their gate. no one at any time discusses this matter with me. I rang their door bell and spoke with him regarding their actions in regards to someone property other tan their own and the dangers surrounding the gate. He assured me that he would have it taken down; on wed June 7,17 I ask him again about the gate; that has not been the case to date

I am deeply concern regarding this matte as any one who stands near the rail of my porch and mistakenly step back too hard is likely to be spiked in the head as a result; and the longer this gate remains in place it a potential risk to any one; further more he has demonstrated no regards for someone else property; by damaging someone else property for the sake of his own.

I would like an housing inspector to come and inspect this action concerning the gate; the potential risk and harm this could create and the removal of it from my property; also the repair that they need to correct my foundation wall.
