item dah 2 3 hari stuck dekat parcel hub

Saya dah bank in dekat sender dari 26/6 hari tu. Tiap hari saya check number tracking & sampai sekarang item saya stuck di Parcel Hub. Sampai bila nak simpan item saya tu? Takkan saya yang kena collect sendiri item saya? Apa gunanya saya bayar postage kalau saya sendiri yang kena collect? Maybe kes saya tak macam orang lain, 2 3 minggu item baru dapat, awal bulan pos, hujung bulan baru dapat. Saya cuma tak faham, kenapa poslaju sekarang makin "perlahan"? Kalau dulu, 2 3 hari item dah sampai dah dapat, tapi sekarang? Dah complain itu ini masih buat endah tak endah. Staff tak cukup atau memang tak menang tangan nak buat kerja atau memang "bekerja" untuk makan gaji? Kalau nama company tak seindah perbuatan mohon tukar.
