RACIALLY PROFILED FROM THE UPPER MANAGEMENT THERE RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE PROVEN TO BE VERY FICKLED. THE OLDER BLACK WOMAN IS ALWAYS IN THE LOBBY. SHE'S VERY KIND WITH A GREAT DEMEANOR. THE ELDERLY WOMAN IS NEVER AT HER DESK. I KNOW THAT SHE'S BEEN THERE QUITE A FEW YEARS. R.H.I.P.= RANK HAS IT'S PRIVILEGE. IT'S SO UNPROFESSIONAL THAT RULES DON'T APPLY TO CERTAIN PEOPLE. THE CAMERA EQUIPMENT IS REDUNDANT THROUGH THE WHOLE COMPANY. IT'S LIKE A COMMUNISTIC CAMP. DO YOU WANT TO HIRE A ROBOT OR A LIVE EMPLOYEE. SECURITY BACKGROUND IS A JOKE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO TEST THERE. OUTSIDE THE LABORATORY IS TO LOUD AND TCA'S ARE ALWAYS WALKING THROUGH THE LAB CONSTANTLY IT'S VERY ANNOYING. I WONDER DO CORPORATE PERIODICALLY CHECK THEIR CENTER IN TALLAHASSEE FLORIDA.

I want to scream at the top of my lungs, I HATE YOU PROMETRIC!!!! I HATE YOU! I hate that I have to go through this company to do my exam. I called and they make me wait about an hour some of the staff are rude and ignorant, they can't answer a question. I had to call several times and had to wait an hour every single time. I HATE Prometric! I just wish there was another way to do exams. Their website is terrible!!!! This company is just HORRIBLE!

I have booked Qatar Prometric on 16th sep 2015 through online for 21st sep 2015. But same day I had problem in registration of name. Then i sent a mail to customer care to change my name asper passport. I waited till 8pm of 17th sep 2015 I didn't get any reply from customer service. Then I sent mail for refund the money at least. For that thing also no reply finally I called to customer care on 21st sep 2015,but I got reply that we cont refund your money if u want to write the exam again you need pay 14000/- as before i paid same amount.

I Signed up for the HESI exam yesterday to take it tomorrow. I unfortunately will not be able to make it so I canceled at 7:28 am online. When I did not receive a conformation for the cancellation I called their 1-800 number. All I can say is WOW. The first guy I talked to was rude beyond belief. So I decided to get out my recorder. So here is Prometric's policy you have to cancel 5 days before a test to get your money back. Well if I could still make an appointment 2 days before the test I couldn't very well cancel 5 days in advance. Then I'm told I have to go online and fill out the form for reimbursement. Guess what the website is down. So I call back there is no policy in place to say when our website is down they can handle thing. You cant talk to a manager, they will not help you and why should they; they have a complete monopoly on testing. There is no other place that you can go to get your testing done. So bottom line you have a company who will take your money, give you no customer service, and they will not be held accountable for what they do. As far as the policy I see if you don't call and cancel and you just skip your test and there was not an emergency then yea you don't get your money back. I get if you made your appointment 2 months ago or even 2 weeks ago then I get the 5 day policy but if you make your appointment within those 5 days their should be an easy contingency plan that they can take care of thing promptly. $101.00 dollars is a ton of money for a student. For anyone $101 can be a lot of money.
