I was in a accident on 6/27/20 and i received a letter from the adjuster. from pronto insurance company saying i refused to get bodily injury which isn't true i told the agent when i was getting my quote from Buysmart insurance Company in Homestead fl. When i went to pay for the insurance a few minutes after i left i look over the policy and didn't see bodily injury so i called and was told that policy doesn't come with bodily injury i said the state of Florida you have to have it she then put the other young lady on the phone and she told me i dont need bodily injury and when the policy up in six months they would get me a different company why should i have wait for 6mths and ask for bodily so now they know i was in a car accident the adjuster saying i refused to get it i recorded those conversations because some people are dishonest and not going to lie on my name that was put in the system to not give my bodily injury last yr. the samething happened i ask for uninsured motorists and it wasn't given to me got in a accident with my granddaughter made a complaint then was offered uninsured motorists the state of Florida trying to make it hard for me to get insurance and pay higher rates this my third time making complaints about insurance agents and insurance companies to. consumer services they know if i was in an accident and its my fault bodily injury would pay for the other parties medical bills and injuries but this accident wasnt my fault on 6/27/20
