Our cell phone provider suggested this insurance. I am sorry I took this advice. For different phone lines, each filed a claim in past 6 months. Each paid a +175 deductible. Both times customer service assured phone was available and would be sent immediately. Both times, replacement phones were on backorder. (Phones were different types.) Both times, customer service representatives could not give a date. Supervisors are never available. Getting a call back from a supervisor could be 24 to 48 hrs and it is possible to miss the call. In the first situation, I waited 12 business days. However, the deductible was paid on the day of claim. Currently, I am on day 5 waiting for a return call from a supervisor. In both situations, emails were not returned. I had chalked the first situation up to a bad experience. This time the pattern is clear this company can not provide upon payment. I was told 2 days ago I would be reimbursed for the overnight shipping charge. That has not happened. I am disgusted with this service.
