I just received notice of Judgment that was placed against me in 2008 that I never knew existed from the courts, the motion now is trying to revive a dormant judgment from an H & S Financial on behalf of a debt to Providian Bank Visa. This happened 12-28-2017
The debt supposedly happened in 1998 or 1999 for a card I never had. I am more than furious that this is even allowed to be considered since the statute of limitations to collect has passed, I have never applied for any type of credit card since the early 90's and was never even notified by the court or H & S that said judgment took place to begin with. I find this more than insulting to someone who has always paid cash and learned their lesson after bankruptcy.
