H, i ordered 3 fushia pink bridesmaid dresses from this company. they sent me red!! as this is the biggest days of our lives i was devestated, the company emailed me and told me they were of similar colour right and very beautiful. i was shocked they would say such a thing. i asked for a full refund they refussed they said they would do a partical refund of 90GBP after many emailes back and forth- which of course i never got!! think its discusting people can do this. would never reccomend this company. i am now left with 3 red dresses which is not my colour theme and out of pocket.
very unproffessional!
I also had to pay excess customs to receive the dress on top of the delivery charge I already paid.

Only orders not yet processed at the warehouse are cancellable.

You can refuse to accept the package when it arrives and it will be returned to the company, then dispute the charge with your bank.
