If you want fixed assets from the property you are buying to disappear by the time a loan closes-then go with these clowns. Peyman was the listing agent on my property-by the time escrow closed-diswasher disappeared, blinds walked away..Agent took no responsibility. Broker-Michael Novotny-who is supposed to be overseeing-this idiot did nothing.

These guys have terrible ethics, bad service, commission hounds, unwillingness to solve problems on a troubled transaction, failed to continue to represent clients when they needed them most...Selfish, irresponsible, unexcusable real estate brokerage.
